• Apply various effects: blur, pixelate, black bars, emoji overlays, gradient overlays, and solid color blocks
• Add custom features: watermarks, captions, frames, and borders
• Save templates for quick reuse of your favorite settings
• Download censored results as a ZIP file

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• 100% accuracy in AI detection - our AI provides good results but is not perfect
• Availability at all times

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

🔐 4. User Accounts

Some features of Censor Pics require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Basic Monthly (Recurring): $4/month with auto-renewal
• Basic Monthly (Non-Recurring): $5 for 30 days (no auto-renewal)
• Pro Monthly (Recurring): $6/month with auto-renewal
• Pro Monthly (Non-Recurring): $7 for 30 days (no auto-renewal)
• Yearly Plan: $30/year with auto-renewal (save 58%)

Payment Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Pay all applicable taxes

Automatic Renewal

For recurring subscriptions:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current subscription price
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation must be made before the renewal date to avoid charges

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the service

This license exists only for the purpose of providing the Service and ends when your images are deleted from our systems.

Data Retention

• Images are stored temporarily during your session
• All uploaded and processed images are automatically deleted immediately after your session ends
• We do not permanently store your images
• We do not use your images to train AI models or for any other purpose

Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload and process all images
• Your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights
• You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from individuals depicted in the images
• Your images do not contain illegal or prohibited content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in sexually explicit contexts

• Any content that violates local, state, national, or international laws

Harmful Activities

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others

• Infringing on intellectual property rights

Technical Misuse

• Attempting to bypass security features or authentication mechanisms
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Overloading our servers or interfering with service operations
• Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code

Consequences

If we determine that you are misusing the Service or violating these Terms:

AI Limitations

• You are responsible for reviewing all censored images before use

⚖️ 11. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Censor Pics and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute services
• Emotional distress or reputational harm

Maximum Liability Cap

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the lesser of:

If you are using the free trial only, our liability is limited to $0.
